→ Sending necessary source files(To me) → Production → Rivision [Feedback] → Final design → Mailing
▶Working period is flexible depends on queue and circumstances.(except for holidays, weekends)
-Depending on schedule / difficulty level of work / requested item, the period may vary.
-There will be additional charge if you want express work. amount of additional charge will be estimated
regarding what you have requested, how fast you want it to be done.
**Express work may not be possible due to designer's schedule & circumstances **
Can not be switched to express in the middle of production.
-If you request several items, you must request them at once to close them on the deadline you want.
If you request another item immediately after closing the requested item, it will be considered as a new order,
not an extension of the same work, and the deadline will also be re-arranged according to the work schedule.
-The deadline discussed in case of inquiry is valid when all data are delivered on the date of your inquiry
and deposit on the date discussed. If the deposit and data are delayed, the deadline will be delayed.
Please be sure to keep your appointment so that mutually satisfactory work can be done.
-If you break the (data delivery) time appointment more than 3 times,
regardless of the deadline, the request may be canceled depending on the circumstances.
(No refunds allowed)
-If there is no feedback within 24 hours, we will move on to the next person's work.
If there is no feedback within 3 days, we will conclude the work after judging that you have no intention of continuing it.
▶You must provide the exact size, and guide file of the print you want to produce.
-We are not responsible for any problems caused by incorrect size.
-You can change the size before working, but you may or may not be able to
change the size after working depending on the item/situation/design.
-Make sure the company directly checks the size (cutting size & edit size)
and the guide file is provided, and attach & send the guide file by mail.
Please let us know the cutting size & edit size.
▶I have the copyright of all designs. Prohibits secondary processing (modification) without permission.
-Do not use items other than their intended use.
-Do not pick a piece of design and use it for other purposes.
-Please do not save & modify & use the drafts that we show you before mailing.
-Data will be kept for 3 days after mailing and cannot be modified after this.
-If you don't download the attached file within the expiration date, we do not send an email again.
▶Please send us photos and videos in high definition
that can be processed secondarily without any copyright issues.
-We are not responsible for copyright issues.
▶Free rivision can be made up to two times,
and additional rivision will be charged (only if there is a problem caused by the designer's negligence)
-Excessive modification requests may be rejected depending on the circumstances
and additional charges will be imposed depending on the price & design of the item.
▶Refund is not allowed.

▶after mailing, all works are uploaded to the portfolio.
- Additional charges will be incurred upon request for portfolio non-disclosure,

- If you tell us before mailing, we will postpone the portfolio upload for up to a month.

- Portfolio non-disclosure is not uploadable to my account,
but it is not designed by yourself. Don't turn it into something you made.
- After uploading to my account, we won't proceed with the non-disclosure
& upload postponement, so please let me know when you request it.
-We will not ask you about the non-disclosure when you request it.
▶Once manufactured, we will send it to you in the file format
required for printing and in a single layer format.
- Original file is not provided (Sales X)
- We will send cup holders/PVC/reflective phrases/transparency plans to ensure
that there is no problem in printing within the scope that it is not possible to modify them arbitrarily.
▶The more you explain the design you want when you request,
the more satisfactory the results will be.
- Please show us an example or picture to refer to. If there is a design you want at the time of request,
please tell me in detail. (But too many requirements can be rejected)
- Please type and provide all the words that contain the text so that they can be copied and pasted,
and we don't check the typos separately, so you have to check them yourself.
- If there is a typo in the output after mailing, it is not responsible.
